Founded in 2022, “Nimbology” (nim-bol-o-gee) is the study and application of nimbleness at an organizational level, a discipline that helps businesses and nonprofits turn disruption into opportunity for growth.

After decades of leadership across industries and paired with roots in creativity and values-driven leadership, Nimbology founder, Liz B. Baker, saw firsthand how many organizations struggle to keep pace with rapid technological and cultural change.
